Release notes 26.2.5

Dataedo 26.2.5 brings Export to Excel improvements alongside a series of bug fixes. This release adds clearer license and connection error messages in Portal, and refines Snowflake object filtering.

Portal:

  • Added a warning when an administrator tries to upload an incorrect license file.
  • Ensured that proper, informative error messages are displayed when a connection to a database fails.
  • Export to Excel:
    • fixed an issue where default sheets were not automatically selected after enabling a new scope category from a loaded configuration. Manual sheet selections are now preserved correctly and no longer overwritten when toggling scope objects.
    • prevented empty or blank exports by disabling the Export button when no objects are selected and excluding sheets for categories with no selected objects.

Connectors:

  • Snowflake — fixed the filtering behavior for including and excluding objects during metadata import configuration.
