The import function in the Power BI Reports And Datasets connector has been restored,

The import works for workspaces that are licensed as Power BI Premium and Power BI Premium Per User.

For workspaces licensed as Power BI Pro will be restored in the future (planned for 25.2 version)

The problem concerned the import of datasets and the building of lineage.

ADF:

• Unable to synchronize objects Invalid pattern of date error fix.

• ADF import- Unable to synchronize linked sources Object reference not set to an instance of an object fix.

SSIS:

• Unable to synchronize data lineage One or more errors occurred. (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.) error fix.

Excel:

• Importing data from Excel fix - The TokenEdit cannot display tokens with the same TokenEditToken.Value property values.

Other bugfixes:

• Fix crash when the Building Lineage step is canceled

• Fix UI issues on the progress panel

Portal:

1. Fix too many columns in the ID column(s) field in Failed rows configuration for data quality instance configured from the table level.

2. Pagination error on Columns tab if switching from non-paginated Columns grid fixed.

3. Tooltip added for shortened values in dashboard tables.

4. Date formatting fix on dashboards.

5. Link column fixed on dashboards.

6. Data Quality score colors added.

New homepage in Portal​

We want to deliver value to our users from the very first moment they enter our Portal. We decided to display a number of widgets on the first screen they see - the homepage.
