Keyword Explorer Configuration

Permissions

You need Admin rights to:

• run Keyword Explorer for the first time
• reload Keyword Explorer
• clear Keyword Explorer
• check storage details

Setup

Note: This is the only required configuration step to use Keyword Explorer.

1. Click the More Options icon in the left bar
2. Choose Keywords option.
3. Press the Run button.

Note: The first run of Keyword Explorer may take a few minutes.

Admin buttons and information in the bottom row

At the bottom of the Keyword Explorer home page, the admin sees:

• Reload keywords button [1] - reloading the Keyword Explorer
• Clear data button [2] - clearing Keyword Explorer content
• Storage details button [3] - displaying Storage Details window
• Last full reload [4] - date of last pressing of the Run button
• Last incremental reload [5] - date of last pressing of the Re-run-indexation button

Reloading the Keyword Explorer

It is recommended to reload the Keyword Explorer after any major changes in the repository or from time to time:

1. Click the More Options icon in the left bar
2. Choose Keywords option.
3. Press the Reload keywords button at the bottom of the page

Clearing the Keyword Explorer

If you want to remove all content of Keyword Explorer:

1. Click the More Options icon in the left bar
2. Choose Keywords option.
3. Press the Clear data button at the bottom of the page

Checking the storage details

If you want to check disk space usage and the number of rows in Keyword Explorer tables:

1. Click the More Options icon in the left bar
2. Choose Keywords option.
3. Press the Storage details button at the bottom of the page

Storage details window

The table presents the number of rows and total space of:

• individual tables in Keyword Explorer (section Explorer tables)
• other tables in your repository (expand the row All other tables)
• whole repository (row Total Repository)
