Power BI Datasets (legacy)
The Power BI Datasets connector is no longer maintained or developed.
To document your Power BI content, please use the Power BI Reports and Datasets connector instead.
Power BI Datasets allows you to connect to workspaces and datasets with XMLA endpoint. XMLA is the same communication protocol used by the Microsoft Analysis Services engine, and Dataedo uses the same connector as the Analysis Services Tabular.
Prerequisites
In order to enable the XMLA endpoint, your workspace has to be in Premium mode (either Premium per capacity or Premium per user) or in Embedded mode.
